An experienced and versatile UX Researcher, Designer and Strategist with a deep interest in qualitative research, behavioural design and technology.

Facilitation and supporting collaboration are central to my approach to innovation leadership.

I've been in the digital space for more than 20 years now — and have the grey hair to show it. I worked with some of the most talented and hard-working folks in the industry, creating value for exciting brands, on a multitude of award-winning products, services and campaigns, in a variety of industries on client & agency side.

Since 2017, I am part of Boehringer Ingelheim, a global healthcare company. I joined the BI X digital lab where we create deeply meaningful solutions for some of the toughest problems in healthcare, ranging from machine-learning supported drug innovation applications, to patient-centric digital health products and services improving the way that healthcare is done on a global scale. In 2021 I joined the newly found digital lab of Clinical Development and Operations where we are leveraging technology, collaboration and human-centred research & design in order to transform clinical trials to be more patient-centric, more collaborative and effective. I feel blessed to be able to contribute to such important and meaningful initiatives.
